Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods without giving any reason. The product you are returning cannot have any traces of use on it. Send the packed product to us together with the goods return form.

Exchange

To exchange a purchased product for another, follow the return procedure (send us the goods together with the return form). Then place and pay for a new, independent order with the new product.

Complaints

If the product you received has defects or damages, you can return it for a complaint. All you need to do is fill out the product complaint form (you will find it below) or contact us by e-mail. You will receive an RMA number from us and together with it, send us the defective product. In the form, describe the problem with the product in detail and choose the form of compensation you want to receive. We have 14 business days to verify your complaint from the day of receiving the shipment. You will be informed about the progress of the process by e-mail.

Guarantee

All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of 2-5 years depending on the product.
